Romance by Raven McAllan

What is romance? All things to all people. A walk in the park, a ring, a cake, the last Rolo. All spell love and romance.

In Regency times it was so much more. How could you show you loved someone when so much was forbidden?

I love the art of love and loving. To show how your whole essence reacts to someone else. You don’t know how or why, all you know is that it does. This has to be encaptured in words, talking of a time so far removed from ours, in both years and attitudes. It seems a hard and grim task.

In reality it isn’t.

Love, is love whenever and wherever. It is how one (or more) people are interacting, finding that special something and knowing, their partner(s), are the one.

I try to write that. Show it, encompass it.

And hey so what if it happened 200 years ago. Love…is love.

To celebrate this great hop, I’m giving away one ecopy of any Historical book on my back list.

Please comment here, and go to and follow me.

Happy Reading
